We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our senior finance team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, communicator and at the same time data science enthusiast.
Your tasks
- Provide strategic financial insights and risk management analysis to key internal stakeholders, including the CFO, CCO, regional finance managers, and company CEOs
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis by developing a flexible reporting structure that supports both decentralized operational needs and top-level executive decision-making
- Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI, integrating with systems like LucaNet and Personio
- Contribute to the development of the global finance team, aligning it with business goals and growth objectives
- Maintain a hands-on approach while driving strategic initiatives within the global finance function
Your profile
- Proven experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on data insights in business recommendations
- Several years of experience as a data analyst, including BI, ideally within SaaS, MITS, or industrial services sectors, with a successful track record in mid-sized Private Equity-backed companies (€100-400M revenue)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, with hands-on experience in Power BI as a must
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging with C-level executives and other senior leaders
- Ambitious and comfortable in a high-profile role with significant visibility across the business
- Excellent English skills and fluent in German
