Accountants Payable - Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/f/d)

• Ensuring the daily business transactions are managed timely and effectively including bookkeeping and record keeping
• Assisting with accounts payable management, accruals management, overdue items management, month-end/year-end closing and other essential finance activities
• Financial Reporting
• Ensure accurate financial statements are presented each month and additionally year-end closing
• Support the Accounting Team in preparing and submitting required financial reporting pack to parent company and external auditors for year-end closing
• Accounts Payable
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data
• Maintaining accurate and documented accounts payable records

• Completed commercial training and several years of professional experienceExperience in accounts payable
• Sound knowledge of common business processes associated with managements of the Purchase to Pay process in an international environment
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Teamwork and reliability
• Fluent English language skills
